- Inform any neighbors that you feel would appreciate the heads up on your project. Letting a problem neighbor know beforehand can prevent issues on the day of installation.
- Prepare pets for your roof installation. Installing a roof can be noisy and disruptive. It is best to figure out how to make your pets comfortable. Many homeowners will play music in a comfortable room or take them to doggy daycare, or have a babysitter.
- Clear your yard of important items. We strive to leave your yard just as we found it, but it is best to bring in anything fragile in the yard since it will be a work area.
- Move vehicles from the driveway. Once again, the outside of your house will be a work area. Moving your car to the street or a neighbors house will ensure your car does not get trapped.
